September Specials - Dinner



Pronounced sigh-ya-dee-ay, this fish and rice dish is especially popular in Arab countries like Yemen. We start with fresh marinated flounder, sauté it and serve it atop rice pilaf seasoned with turmeric, curry, coriander, cinnamon and ginger, and garnish it with almond slivers and crispy onions. Served with Jerusalem salad. Expect a very flavorful dish with mild spice similar to paella.
